I live on Cape Cod. I go to the Burger King in the Falmouth branch and this woman. Maria has always been nice even when it gets extremely busy and stressful vacation area so for three months a year it is quadrupled and population and they do have a big turnover for employees so sometimes she’ll be shortstaffed, but she still gives a smile and does everything correct? I live in an area that has all four of the major fast food chains within a one city block radius, and I consistently always use Burger King. the burgers taste better and I feel like the employees are better as well. The only thing I wish the app had was a order ahead for lunch button. I’m a teacher so sometimes I need to order my lunch way ahead of time to make sure that I have enough time to actually eat it while it’s still hot. I live closer to a clown fast food place, but regularly choose the king. I always do surveys, and have asked both bk and mcd for cinnamon rolls. Bk heard me! I only sent request once to bk, and had in the past sent 4or5 requests to mcd. To no avail. Plus bks burgers taste better, just like a burger should. Fry’s taste like a fried potato, as it should.
