App worked perfect for about 10 months... then there was an update for the app...have not been able to sign in to the account since then ( through the app) Customer service is unable to help ...still can not sign into account after numerous calls to CS, for the past month. I have deleted the app serval times and then downloaded again...keep getting notices saying the problem is on their end not mine. I am able to access my account through the Bread Financial link but not the app. If they could get it to work, as in the beginning, I would gladly change to 5 star rateing. outlook is a pain

App is great except if you have 2 cards. Every time I switch between cards the facial recognition does not work and I have to log in. This has caused me to have late payments because I am not logged into the card I want to pay and I do not have my password handy to log in. Need to make switching between cards better and smoother.
