Great book options and the fact I can defer a credit to the next month and not have to pay if I don’t want a book one month is amazing! I’ve been using BOTM for a couple years now and I absolutely love it. Picking my books is the highlight of my month every time. My books always arrive in good condition and are good quality. I recently needed help from customer service and they were super easy to work with. They responded in a timely manner and resolved my issue right away. I can’t recommend BOTM enough.
