Our driver was amazing. He really helped us get help with our grandsons lost luggage. Not sure we were able to leave him a tip on the app and we want him to receive recognition. It is a bit frustrating to see multiple drivers drop the request and have to wait sometimes 10-15 min just for a pickup. But the fare is better than Uber and taxi.
