I love that I get to see how many patients I help and how my plasma is used while getting financial help for bills! Plus, the added points program is amazing! I’ve been using this app for a few months and I’ve never encountered any issues. Would recommend I’ve been using this app for a few months and I’ve never encountered any issues.

The good news is that, Biolife is a great place to donate, the staff is always super friendly and nice. But the bad news is the app is very frustrating,as is the portal online. I guess it’s because of the new IOS 18 update, but it’s a little nerve racking when you don’t have access to your account balance or have access to make appointments . It loads for like two seconds and takes me back to my Home Screen and the online portal will let me login but then takes me back to the login screen. Please fix this ASAP!!!
