I am absolutely loving the calisthenics 28 day challenge. The workout are not terribly hard and they are quick. I’m on day 13 and I’m already seeing the changes in my body. Great workouts! I had never really had too much experience with Pilates and then I saw something on Facebook that made me intrigued by it so I tried the month or two and really ended up, loving it! A lot of workouts I would do would end me hurting especially in my joints, which would then put me out of commission with workouts for weeks sometimes. I was really struggling with finding a workout. Pilates seems to be perfect as a concentrate on your joints so wow! I haven’t had any joint issues since I started. The better me format is so easy to follow and I love that they’re about 20 to 30 minutes tops. I’m really glad I got the accessories from Amazon, which were super affordable and really helped change up the routine. Although I don’t use them often, I love that better me has the water drinking tracker, and the calorie counting for when I wanna get myself in check. I have recommended this to friends!
