It’s great to see some of the old store names that the boomers like me are used to are still there with updated online apps! It’s extremely sad that Best Buy canceled my account because I hadn’t used it.(in three or four months) I usually save it for Christmas time because my grandchildren usually love electronics around that time of year so not spending much during the year unless I absolutely have to is the whole reason for having a credit card, but they canceled it because I wasn’t using it. That is really upsetting. I assume they’d like us to be in debt . This man is why I came back to Best Buy. This man is knowledgeable. This man is courteous. You cannot ask for a better person to be representing Best Buy. You need to give him a raise.
