I do not believe that any product, is always going to be 100% problem free. There have been some issues but. Have found the customer support to be incredibly responsive. As. Blind user, my user experience is somewhat unique compared to most others and they truly strive to make the app better and have, not sure if it was because I suggested it or n not but I like to think it is, followed a suggestion I made…maybe I was not the only person, who knows but I felt like that was pretty darn cool :-) Plus, i have attempted to contact customer support for a wide array of other apps and Been Verified is the only one, for real, that has ever contacted me back at all. Real time even. I have spoken to the on the phone over a password reset issue I needed help with... boom …they answer the phone and its a human. How truly rare. I had an issue once with the log in and it was n not allowing me to get past the challenge thing as it was not reading it in a audible challenge. So while I got upset, they got on top of that with the quickness and fixed it. So I am quite happy.its not a lack of issues that makes the app and company good, its how they work on resolving it. That makes it all good, issues will always come up in life.at least they do try to resolve it as quickly as possible and that is why I am a loyal customer.…addresses and phone numbers are based upon what people document. So if a person looks themselves up, what they’ll see is what they themselves documented in records that are not protected by privacy laws. There is far more sources than many people think there are. The app aggregates data provided to sources by us, not anyone else.
