Okay so I went for annual candle day to Jordan Creek Mall in Iowa. I was in the store for a long time, as I was just smelling things and looking for Christmas gifts, I notice a lot of people tend to be more clumsy when these candle days happen, the stores were very packed, loud noises, a lot of fragrances, and baby strollers everywhere. The worst part was hearing everytime someone can break a candle, atleast a handful were broken while experiencing today in my experience alone. With that being said, maybe not putting the candles so low so people don’t bump into them? I even almost knocked some over and it was due to others pushing into me. Another thing, I want to shout out an amazing employee at the Jordan Creek Mall, she was awesome. Her name is Alex. She was working during this shift I saw her working the whole time, being a positive person, she was very respectful and open, I had asked a different employee where the sugar cone candle was and I was informed there were no more left, but Alex prompted that there was one more left and helped me towards the item, and I felt very grateful that I got the product because without her I wouldn’t of gotten it. I used to really like the app because I could order online and pickup in store. Now, I can't tell if an item is available in store until the item is in the cart. Very inconvenient.
