This app is great! Super convenient to pop open the app instead of go to the website. I was able to do everything I needed to do including using my rewards, adding and using a gift card ordering the book I wanted, checking my account info etc. Super easy to use! I love this app so much. I love this so much is because I get to order ahead for the B&N(Barnes & Noble) Café to order whatever I want!! I’ll start by saying I personally have never had any issues or problems with the app, but that’s me. Will definitely update this if I do. Now the feature I think they should add is the option to filter out 18+ content… aka “spicy” content. “Spicy” scenes have (in my opinion unfortunately) become very popular to add into books these days. I absolutely hate this kind of content in my books, I think it would just be more convenient to add a feature that filters out these books entirely. I usually spend 10-15 minutes making sure the book I want to buy doesn’t have this content. Should add this feature.
