They are caring, compassionate and respectful to their customers. I find the staff whether it is in the bank or on the phone wonderful to work with and always find a quick and easy answer to my questions. Their online banking is superb :-). I have had BOA here in Bellevue since 1986. Ok It was SeaFirst bank then and I liked it because it had Cirus, an ATM feature I was accustomed to back in Boston. 39 years later, I’m still content with BOA in Overlake Park. I’m not a really happy customer as they change staff so frequently that I fail to recognize a single person in that branch. Not so good. Yet, I am able to read the bank statements unlike BECU and Chase which thrive on confusion! Great I have had BOA here in Bellevue since 1986. Simply put,easy to guide through, and smooth transactions . I have been with BOA- Bank of America since middle 90’s. From wherever I may locally or internationally. They get the job done on the app mostly and walk ins. Peace of mind with my money.
