UPDATE: AP News App team resolved issue, thank you! ORIGINAL: I have been using the AP app successfully for many years. I have pinpointed that since they re-designed with much more video content I am experiencing frequent overheating to extreme levels, locks up and I need to shut down the phone to stop whatever is causing this to cool it down quickly. It appears that problems with previous versions of the app, such as excessive CPU usage and unresponsive user interface, have been fixed. I can recommend this app again. MUCH better after the latest update. Everything is far more legible and well presented. I can see the slightest bit of janky behavior when scrolling, maybe lazy loading, but it isn’t too terrible.
