The new Amex Travel app is a huge upgrade! It feels modern fast and polished compared to the old webview experience inside the Amex mobile app. The design is sleek and intuitive, making it much easier to search and book trips. Everything feels more seamless and optimised for mobile, and it’s big improvement for managing travel directly from my phone natively. The Amex Travel app is absolutely best in class. It’s incredibly easy to use, super user friendly, and makes booking or managing travel completely seamless. The experience feels intuitive from start to finish and sets the standard for what a travel app should be.
