Had a great flight earlier this morning from LaGuardia to Logan. Excellent time and excellent service. The only issue was the PA was deafening loud! I mentioned this to the captain and the flight attendant as I was exiting the aircraft. The PA certainly needs to be loud enough for people to hear it., But not so loud that it hurts your eardrums and disturbs you during the course of the flight. Would really tackle this one. Very useful app. No more paper to mind and helps privacy. Updates of gate change are outstanding. Bag tracking is very helpful for keeping not to worry if my baggage was loaded after I checked-in 40 minutes before the flight.
