Update: Received a response from the app developer stating they were working on a fix. It is now fixed and working flawlessly as it did before. Thank you! Have had the app for a while and it worked flawlessly. A few days ago it wouldn’t log me in at all. It’s like there is a glitch in the system. It flashes back and forth between the Face ID and the login screen…..over and over again. I turned my phone off and back on, it still did the same thing. I closed the app out and attempted again to get logged in but the same thing happened. I finally deleted the app and reinstalled it but it continues to do the same thing. So frustrating.
