Manage and customize your kids’ experiences with easy-to-use parental controls for up to 4 child profiles. Configure age-appropriate settings, set time limits, keep track of child activity, manage content, and more. The Amazon Kids+ Parent Dashboard App works with Fire tablets, Amazon Echo speakers, Kindle e-readers, Fire TV, and other mobile devices. An Amazon Kids+ subscription is not required to use the free parental tools. I love Amazon kids, I’m about to be buying my 6th upgraded fire tablet for my kids instead of an iPad, solely for the great control I have with the app. I can change settings for each individual kid, allow internet access, (or don’t) screen time limits, set allowed time windows, etc. I also love being able to hand select content they see, what apps they can have, share my purchases from my kindle app, share movies with them, etc. I’ve yet to come across any negative experience with the parental controls. I can adjust EVERYTHING with ease. I also love being able to have the same settings instantly applied to the tv, so I’m not having to worry about updating multiple devices, its all at the touch of my finger on my phone, whenever I need to access it. The app does take a good bit of time to go through the settings, so make sure you give yourself adequate time to go through it. But it’s worth it for the hands on parent. Love the safety of the apps, the parental control, the monitoring, the ability to manage kids profiles easily, and the amount of options for kids kids and videos is great!
