You had several employees standing around chatting with each other Not one of them greeted me or asked if they could assist in any way. I could not get my companion fare to work on my I Pad so this very patient agent put my total reservation in on the phone. 40 minutes later my trip has just imported on my app…hopefully she gets back to me about my dog. No call yet but I am hoping! She was sooo very patient. I've been flying with Alaska for over 20 years. (I lived in Alaska in the 90s). Alaska Airlines is my first choice if I have an option when flying. I consider it the most friction free of all the airlines. Between the app, booking process, check-in process, $value, it's the most reasonable of all the airlines.
