Such a great improvement with the latest app update! From the moment the app launched, I could tell the app was changed for the better… WOW! Also, giddy about switching it to dark mode. I signed up with Aetna Medicare Value Plus PPO on 4/1/25 . Aetna has been very helpful and prompt on approving all my necessary pre op tests , scan etc . For my Knee Arthroplasty , including approving my surgery in one day . I cannot say anything negative about Aetna . Thank you .
