Is there a reason why you reports never put the suspects color of their skin in the broadcast. Eyewitnesses give details about height weight exact color of clothing and clothing types and see them at close range but you won’t put in the report if it’s a white , black Asian or Hispanic or other in the broadcast. Is it not beneficial and not part of your job to give complete details or is it politically incorrect!
