Where have I been? Since when is 1800 so budget-friendly! I have been paying $50-60 for 4 pair of contacts and I just got 20 pair for $20 and I purchased some glasses too, along with a free eye exam! In a pinch to get contacts, no perscription. I got the exam done while getting ready and had my contacts before work the next day. Incredibly easy. Updated 6/16/25: Thank you for bringing back the Lens Gauge and even adding a widget that can be used as well. Appreciate you responding to our criticism and resolving the issue. Just went to reset the lens gauge for my new contacts this morning (still have the badge icon reminder) and it has been removed from app in last 3 weeks as I have every two week replacement Acuvue Oasys contact lenses. As others have said, that was why I had the app since I can order your contacts online without the app but shop around anyways. Very disappointing but not surprising when businesses make changes without considering impact to their customers (ahem, Sonos) Lens Gauge Restored!!!! One of the stand-out things I like about 1-800 contacts is how easy it is to get ahold of a real person on the phone. My prescription was close to expiring and a real person called me and talked through the options. In this day and age everything is AI and a robot and it’s refreshing. real people!
