Great customer support, all equipment, top quality, and prices reasonable. They also have an interest-free program. When I was looking for an alarm system, I looked at the top alarm service company. Vivit offered better service, pricing, and didn't pressure you to purchase equipment you do not need. Vivit also has sales on systems, equipment, and installation.

definitely an excellent system. so glad I switched over. one of the best decisions I made for my home.

at first I was skeptical of getting the system and even though it took them 4 months to install my system but I have to say this, not only did they give me more than one month for free but they went above and beyond expectation they gave me a refund credit also for the time that my system was supposed to be installed. they have great customers service agents only encounter one guy who was a jerk but since they also monitor their employees got on to the guy who was rude and disrespectful. love ya

So far, so good. I've only had one week to review, but I was impressed with the extra features this system has. I am looking forward to discovering other features.
