the bank gets 5 stars no matter what...been with them for many years and haven't had any issues....until now. I get a varo believe card and now it's telling me I owe $16.63 for a payment I already made. I'm confused. Then I go to speak with someone and at the top its says to basically disregard the payment amount. I thought it was free to have a varo believe card? That's my only issue. I'd take them down to 4 stars but they give me 5% so they get 5 stars even with the simple mistake 😁
