I've used video connect a number of times now and like it. the connection always is good and stable. the video and sound are clear. with the advent of AI subtitles would be a nice feature and being able to get a transcript of the appointment would be so helpful but probably unrealistic. that said it's a great way to have your appointment if you cannot be there in person. Recommended!

This is a great tool for accessing the VA resources, especially when we live a significant distance from the provider's location; no worries about unsafe travel to an appointment. The video portion allows both people to see the nonverbal cues that a mere phone call cannot, and that helps to give the same full communication as if we were sitting in the same room.
