The Roku App: Stream Free TV

I absolutely LOVE Roku. Tons of free streaming channels (some of which can't be found on PAY cable or satellite anymore!), & ability to login to pay services that I have as well. I now prefer Roku TVs and buy Roku streaming devices for TVs that don't have it installed & bought devices for all of my relatives for Christmas. The app controls the basics and also acts like a remote for your TV or streaming device, so don't bother with an ad-riddled 3rd Party remote app. This is all you need.

lost your Roku remote? no problem. simply download the Roku app and turn your phone into your remote. want to launch a specific app but don't feel like scrolling through the Roku home screen? no problem. simply open the app through your phone's Roku app. And if you are using your phone as the remote you don't have to worry about pointing it at your Roku. just lie back and relax while using your phone as your Roku remote

I always use this when I lose my remote it's great give it 10 stars can you add the apps that are on the person TV once the remote connects

FAIR WARNING: Everything has to be connected on the same wifi (system ?) for the app to work properly, that is the ONLY way I have gotten it to work. That said, It works great as a replacement for when the mini humans play with the remote control and forget where it is... also, it seems the app can control any unit from any place that wifi can reach. It is also easy to switch between, and name, all units in range. It is very much recommended for me.
