Unable to log in. I switched from Metro by T-Mobile to T-Mobile, & the moment I did voicemails stopped transcribing to text. Now I get an error message unable to transcribe. Apparently there are 2 apps with the same icon. I downloaded this app but I get error messages when trying to login. It will not accept any PIN. I chatted & spoke with reps from T-Mobile. I reset the PIN, but same error messages. UPDATE: I guess it just took some time because everything works perfectly now.
