highly impressed so far. did not expect it to be as accurate and thorough as it was. I gave it a test with a bathroom with water to severe damage done to it extremely small simple the estimate I came out with was slightly higher then what it came up with buy me about $150 on the first try. I see very profitable opportunities especially the more refined it becomes fantastic job guys keep it up

I, Cruz Alberto, would like to thank the individuals credited for this app., it is just what I needed. I will recommend this app. to everyone I come across that needs it, I work in construction (mainly concrete slabs, footers, etc.) and now my job is much easier with this, meaning I don't have to think a whole alot about cost of material, Labor work or any of that, I just take a picture and a detailed description and then submit it and it's done.

ok the rendered photo option is the best part about this app. There's just something about being able to give customers a better vision / idea on how the outcome of project will look in or outside their own home. do any of the upgrades come with a link for the AI generated rendered photo option where its always available? That would be fantastic! Because im only given the option sometimes on this plan.

It gives a very detailed description of the job you're doing and words it very nicely, breaks it down into simple and easy to explain and understand for anyone. very nice app.
