I'm pleasantly surprised about the app. It has a ton of helpful information. Guided fasting, exercises, accountability built-in, encouragement, and an easy, pleasant looking user interface. At my last job, I had a wellness coach and this app is providing many of the same functions. I recommend it.

I love this app. it's great fun, it celebrates all accomplishments, it's positive and fairly easy to use. some things I wish it had, ways to fix your mistakes in your log ins for food, weight, hydration and exercise. such as time of day and things you forgot or go back and readjust your accurate weight. I also wish it had a built in pedometer. I have thoroughly enjoyed this app. I will keep on using it.

perfect for my specific situation. I recommend this workout plan for all the newborn and toddler mom's out there that have alot of weight to lose and little time to do it! My 3 yr old daughter loves doing the workouts with me which is a fun way to get out her energy and also bond at the same time! another plus is it teaches her to exercise at a young age. Great Job Simple!

Love this app! I have tried, like most people, several different methods to lose weight with support in the past but landed with this one. This has transformed my past challenges to success stories. I'm grateful for the support with daily check-ins and the lighter activities to gain momentum physically. I highly recommend this to anyone that I talk to. I found it easier to follow intermittent fasting and love the AI Avo chat as well as using the picture option to track meals! Simply awesome!
