So far i've had nothing but excellent service. The app is in real time, and allows you to walk the isles with your shopper. As rhe shopper picks up each item the item is entered into the app. If there is a problem the shopper can get with you immediately. The Shipt company towers over Instacart, and is less expensive. I had en issue with a delivery. Shipt credited my account immediate,y, and assured me that hopper would no longer shop for me. Shipt holds their employes to higher standards.
Shopper stole 30 dollars worth of candy, the company is ignoring me. Thats fine there are plenty of other delivery apps.
I wish I could get Jeremy to shop my orders all the time! He's a good human that cares about the job he is doing for others!
Driver made perfect substitution AND reminded me of something else I needed that I had forgotten ! Excellent service ! Oh yeah, he helped me carry my bags as well 😊
