Seesaw: Elementary Education

I have used Seesaw for nearly a decade. They often update the site to add more activities and lessons, make it more user friendly for students, teachers, and families. All messages and activities can now be translated into 100 languages. It's a wonderful tool for students to show what they know, learn new lessons, increase skill using technology. It's an excellent way to communicate between teachers and parents, and being able to show parents what their children are doing/learning.

I have been using Seesaw since the early years, when it was just a simple platform with a few canvas tools. I absolutely LOVED using it with my TK students in the Bay Area, and was so impressed with how my 4-5 year old students could use and access it independently. It quickly became my go to tool and an essential part of my teaching practice. Thank you for building such an amazing product, being so adaptable to feedback from teachers and promoting PD that energizes me every year.

As a teacher, Seesaw provides various, engaging opportunities for my students as learners to show what they know and to learn in a wide range of ways. As a parent, it allowed me to see what my child did at school and was an easy way to stay connected with his teacher and school.
