it's a great way to communicate with loved ones like a text message... you don't have to wait for them to call, you can write a message about what's on your mind... when it's on your mind. good app. affordable in my opinion. Just wish the emails REACHED the person in reliable or predictable timing. still have to wait for the screening process .

it's been good but bad in a way because our video got shut off because they said due to showing nudity when that was totally wrong because I had a long sleeve shirt on and some tan pants and a black long sleeve shirt on so I think it was wrong of them to not look right to see what I was actually wearing.

just wanted to say thank you for allowing me to minister to my friends that are in the department of corrections where I can share the Lord Jesus to them, not only in Florida but also Alabama. you make it possible for me to be able to tell them and support them through the app because it's important for us to remember the prisoners because that's what the Lord Jesus asked us to do. thank you

Since my son arrived at TDCJ over a year ago, I've been using the Securus app to message him, and I love it. You have 20000 characters per message. And yes, sometimes the call quality is bad, but that is due to the poor internet connection when he calls from his tablet. I also really enjoy the Snap N Send feature so I can send him pictures of his kids, family, and his dog. Also the calls are only $1.99 for 30 mins which isn't nearly as bad as the cost when he was in the county jail !!!!
