it's a great way to communicate with loved ones like a text message... you don't have to wait for them to call, you can write a message about what's on your mind... when it's on your mind. good app. affordable in my opinion. Just wish the emails REACHED the person in reliable or predictable timing. still have to wait for the screening process .

You can only use this app legally. Real name that matches your email, real name on the phone together. Address and credit cards have to be the same . It's a correctional facility with real criminals. What do you expect? To bad WIFI, GOOGLE DON'T HAVE THE SAME SECURITY. Just saying.๐บ๐ธ

this app os truly amazing! it has made life for me & my tdcj offender waaay better! my son is able 2call me&e message me with the snap of his fingers. im fortunate to kno how hes doing daily! thats a great thing because as parents thats a tremendous concern,my son is able to enjoy movies,music,games, almost as if he was.in the world. boy thats an irreplaceable feeling of great joy. all this because there's a company that cares. & SECURUS is so freakn' cool theres no taxes on purchases!
