Saily: eSIM Travel

Fantastic! I do not hesitate to recommend. They had me covered all over Europe where Verizon left me stranded. Troubleshoot chat is fast and excellent. I signed up and installed it from my hotel room. If you're stranded in a foreign country, this is your solution. Highly recommend. esp if you have Verizon, take this with you to Europe.

I added a 5G data esim for my 10-day holiday in Majorca. It was very simple to set up. I haven't used it yet but will update the view if it isn't a good service. Edit.. returned from our holiday. The set-up required me to change a few settings on my phone. We had a late arrival so flustered & ended up using EE for 24hrs as couldn't figure out the set-up quickly to order the taxi. The data only lasted me 6 day's which was unusual. I used the text chat customer service and they were great.

In Tokyo, just installed it! seems to be working great, it was super easy to set up! just needed to enable my "normal" SIM for the payment security code, may get charged something for that... did the unlimited plan for 10 days for like $40, seamed quite reasonable! kind of scary to be without internet for 1 st time here... mainly for the maps, google, translations etc... and may also need to work online, so it was a nice deal for me compared to other options! will follow up if have problem

The Saily team was so helpful by providing screenshots so I can understand on how to get a new eSIM card with a plan. A Saily person shared that eSIM was in my old phone, and not on my new phone which it made sense as to why I couldn't get it working. I had a previous phone and unfortunately it didn't transfer to new phone the exiting eSIM card. Overall, the Saily team got eSIM working and credited, and im happy customer with their service.I recommend Saily, they really help out. Thank you 😊

Superb customer support. I had a problem activating the eSim on my android, it just didn't work. I contacted the support and they replied emediately (while i was still on the airport wifi), we managed to solve the problem by moving my plan to the spare iPhone device, i used to have with me. After that, it worked great on iPhone.
