Rover: Dog Walking

I've been with Rover since 2019 and they have definitely been making small changes over the years to get to where we are today. The layout is better and closes the gap between the web and mobile experience each year. I'm hoping to see Dark Mode soon as the white is blinding at night. Edit: June 2025: Rover this new inbox layout is exactly what we needed ❤️. Still need separate camera/video/storage buttons on drop-ins and sitting conversations. Current single button with submenu is inefficient.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about our favorite sitter! Brady absolutely adores Hailey, and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing he’s in such loving, attentive hands. She treats him like family—always sending thoughtful updates, adorable photos, and making sure he’s happy, safe, and well cared for. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter who goes above and beyond!

App is easy to use - I appreciate being able to check sitters' availability and know exactly what the costs will be up front. Booking is easy, and I think it's a good thing that sitters have control over cancelations and changes. The in-app messaging is great - I can text with our sitter using my regular text method and also have a record in the app. Setting up each pet's record is a bit of work - I use Swype and the app doesn't recognize this - but not overly so.

This is the second time Romeo stays with Jillian and she has been really kind and professional, I had to change the appointment time a couple of times and she has been really helpful and accommodating. Romeo is sooo happy that he can't keep on smiling 😊. We will definitely bring Romeo again! :)

Great service, with many options. Sometimes, with busy schedules we just feel that Thelma needs an extra walk now and then. We love getting the pictures when Thelma is out on her walk.
