Rent Cafe scared me, but with Michelle's kindness and help, I believe it's an asset and makes it so much easier to pay rent and have communication at your convenience.
Maintenance is timely and professional. Our manager has improved the cleanliness of the HAVEN AT LAKE HIGHLANDS. Use of Marijuana is no longer a problem Unfortunately one of elevators is not working. The company with whom we have our warranty with does not seem to want to do the work to repair. 🤔
Make copies of all your transactions before vacating I think it is a simple app. That works very well but can also be abused. You cannot get copies I've heard transactions unless you make them yourself.
im glad to have access to our online community at Rohllfs Manor, Napa. CA. Nevertheless; despite meeting your requirement of me being low income living below the Poverty line in California State Socioeconomic Status the fact that the only way to make my payment to Rolffs Manor the company that the property utilizes to complete the monthly transactions "Yarny" charges a fee of $19.00-$20.00 in addition to the Rental Cost. I cannot afford to pay this fee yet im being required to by Yarny.
Fast easy very convenient to get rent paid and or to take care of other matters pertaining to maintenance paperwork etc.
