If you have EBT, definitely download this app. it's so convenient and user friendly. it completely eliminates having to call the customer # to check your balance and has customer service as well as card issues right on the app. plus it tells you directly below the balance a week in advance what date,and Exactly how much you'll be credited on your EBT card for the month coming up. I love it. The balance and pending balance is directly on the home page as soon as you open the app,very quick/easy.

Great and Reliable until this!... I'm getting conflicting reports of the Propel EBT APP closing down and when logged into the app it says my account is closed? When I click into THAT for more info it won't let me verify my new number and only offers the reply " There's been an error". Other places online says Propel is closing down June 5, 2025, then in the app says it was just updated its features. What's really going on? Perfect awesome app! Until now?

Easy and quick way to view my balance. I love that they have other assistance programs listed for those who need further help. They also have open jobs listed and you can apply right from the app.
