When I first installed this app it was brilliant and very easy to use. But the other day there was an update for the app, and now every time I try to use it the app simply keeps crashing on me.

Update: The issue has been resolved but it would have been nice for the developers to have made a earlier ON Communication is key, but other than that this app is amazing. So disappointed in the lack of customer service with this app. I've been using it for years with no problem & all of a sudden the subscription that I paid for isn't working and there's no word from customer service when contacted.

At the end when trying to save, it gives you the option to save in high res...for the fee, save in somewhat better resolution IF you watch an ad. OR save in standard resolution (no mention of an ad) saving in standard and still having to watch an ad, then ANOTHER ad just to EXIT the app. Inconvenient to have products pushed just to save or exit......js
