It's so easy to use the app. You can choose from the different items that you want to shop from. It shows you what your benefit balance is and as you choose your items, it deducts the amount and shows you what you have left to shop with. Even if you run out of your benefits, you can pay with your own form of payment. There are so many eligible products for me to choose from every 3 months. I always look forward to shopping for my benefits.

love the app it is so easy now to spend my OTC benefit now, before it was such a pain to go I to the store and half the time the cashier could never find me in the system , I think they were entering the wrong number, the cashier's at 900 sr 7 need to be better trained to use the OTC benefit for Clearhealthalliance and they need to be taught to be more friendly to their customers as well, they tend to be very rude to me all the time I go in there to make any kind of purchase, I'm trans thats why
Great experience Eligible items is limited. But I find items that me and my children can use in the meantime. It's interesting on what items you might come across on the app. If the amount changes you might need call the insurance co. It helps when I dont got it. I never had any missing items sometimes a order might be delivered late. But I still get my stuff along with receipt. If you have any issues or concerns you can also call them.
