App is fully featured and easy-to-use. I am elderly and not technologically astute, and new to OptumRx, but I had no difficulty setting up and following my first OptumRx prescription. I called for assurance that all was in order, and the pharmacy back office was professionally courteous, caring, and proficient. I am very satisfied.
