OnStar Guardian: FAMILY SAFETY

Update- was able to restart my device and clear the issue! Back to loving it, again! Used to absolutely love this app and service until recently when it continuously started giving me an error about Google location being turned off. Verified that my location is on and that Guardian has permissions. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the error still continues. Need to fix this as the notification won't let me do anything with the apps features.

if I have an accident, and can't push the red button, OnStar will call to make sure I'm okay or need help. It also works if I see an accident that just happened, I press the red button and OnStar asks about the accident. As soon as I hit that button, it marks where the accident happened. We've had OnStar on every vehicle we've bought from GMAC.

love the app except tracking family members has become hit and miss - many times it shows their location anywhere from hours to days ago - have confirmed everyone has updated app but never know what I'm gonna get - sometimes it stops tracking mid trip
