norwegian cruise app is a must have to make your cruise life easier. you can text other cruiser for free while on the app and connected to ships wifi, no purchase required. also a great way to see what's happening if you left papers in room. I don't recall ever having issues with the app, besides maybe ships wifi itself

Were sailing on the Norwegian Aqua on July 26, 2025. We absolutely LOVE this cruise line, the customer service rep SONJA is phenomenal. She was very patient with us as she answered our many questions and addressed each of our concerns promptly. The NCL promotions are unbelievable. With the cruise price, promotions and customer service combined, you get the opportunity to enjoy the BEST vacations ever!

the only issue we have is when you have multiple people on a reservation they sometimes have difficulty adding the reservation to their phones. you need to make an account, log out, then log back in " sometimes the next day" for it to show up. For some of our guests it puts a space before their name automatically, you need to MANUALLY delete the space and THEN type in your name. Hope this helps someone 😄

This is my first time utilizing this app, but I'm finding it to be easy to navigate. The excursions are well detailed, providing adequate information needed to decide what to do and what not to do. This app is not only informative, it is an easy way to get ready for the exciting vacation experience Norwegian Cruise Line has carefully curated to accommodate travelers of all ages. I have cruised twice with Norwegian and had an amazing experience. Just purchased my third cruise and I am in the exciting planning stages. Norwegian makes it easy. The ships are relaxing and accommodating.
