I'm really liking the Noom app and program. I like how I can make it as simple or as more involved as I like. I can make it fit into what I have time for. The scale is moving in the right direction. I actually log all my food at night when I've finished eating. During the day I log it in my paper food journal! highly recommended but one has to be willing to do the work but it's worth it!
I tried noom several years ago, and found it frustrating to try to log my meals. Now it's much easier, and I can just take a photo of my plate and ai will take a (good) guess what's there. It's easy to refine after that. I also like that the app will ask if I'd like to hear suggestions for future meals, etc. I think it's greatly improved and it's working for me so far!
was the Best one after Trying many others. but right now I m unable to enter my steps. I have a Smart band and I used to count my step through it and then logged them in Noom app. but I m unable to do so today.
It's working so far, I've lost 6.4 lbs and it's not even been a week yet!! I'm following the plan, keeping in the weight loss range every day for my overall calories and trying to eat more green foods. I like that you can still eat some sweets, you just have to pick and choose and have a small portion so you don't mess up your calorie range for the day. So far so good! 👍
This is amazing. Everything you need to succeed. Just remember, body weight fluctuates, it may go up, but it will come back down. I found liquid fasting for a day resets your mood. (not part of Noom). But it helps me. The the color coding, help videos. huge list of foods, learning reads, this app sets you up for long term success, and if you don't need the extras, you can still succeed. Good job, NOOM team.
