They've improved the app. Now when I bought an interstate bus ticket it listed the area which equates to the zone number. Just found out I'm in a higher zone than I thought. But I still don't like the fact that the tickets are only good for 30 days, which is an issue for the occasional user. Sometimes you just don't come back the same way that you went. 8/6/25. The app works great. I just buy one ticket at a time.
Easy and convenient No worry about exact change and app remembers my most frequent routes. I can purchase tickets in advance and activate only when it is time. I use more than 1 route and it would be nice if I could make all my purchases in one transaction rather than each route separately.
