MyZio: ECG Monitor

This isn't hard to use and not too hard to get used to stuck on your chest. recommend using bio to log in, typing in a password each time is a pain. logging symptoms is an easy-to-use checklist with optional space for other symptoms. Hope we can figure out what's up with my heart with this thing!

The app is really helpful. It would be amazing if it could be downloaded on a smartwatch so you can easily log symptoms from your watch.

there's a need for you to tell them your individual circumstances, such as work and sleep times so they can understand the data they are diagnosing better. Other than that it's pretty good...

The doctor prescribed the heart monitor. Must admit, I was a little apprehensive with this process. Monitor worn for 2 weeks. Unable to get wet..... recommended to turn back for showers. I ordered transparent waterproof adhesive from Amazon. Worked great. The monitor is very easy to use. You can write your symptoms online or in book provided. I opted for online. This Zio monitor should be prescribed for everyone due to easy and simple use.

the device is comfortable enough, but avoid sweating because it might try to come off. I had to tape mine on.
