This isn't hard to use and not too hard to get used to stuck on your chest. recommend using bio to log in, typing in a password each time is a pain. logging symptoms is an easy-to-use checklist with optional space for other symptoms. Hope we can figure out what's up with my heart with this thing!

only been using for 24 hours so far but haven't had any trouble yet I wish it had the ability to log any issues i have without me needing to enter them specially if I am asleep I don't know what's happening then but my phone would be able to monitor any issues while I'm wearing this monitor

The doctor prescribed the heart monitor. Must admit, I was a little apprehensive with this process. Monitor worn for 2 weeks. Unable to get wet..... recommended to turn back for showers. I ordered transparent waterproof adhesive from Amazon. Worked great. The monitor is very easy to use. You can write your symptoms online or in book provided. I opted for online. This Zio monitor should be prescribed for everyone due to easy and simple use.
