This is a very efficient way to ask questions and to see upcoming appointments, as well as to make or cancel appointments. It is much better than to be on hold for long periods of time, and it saves personnel from the distraction of dealing with both the patient on the phone and the one standing in front of them. The app is easy to get around to the task you are trying to accomplish.

The primary reason I chose a Mercy physician as my primary care giver is because of this app 😁 It's very easy to use You have access to all of your medical records, lab reports, appointments, and it also allows you to communicate with your medical provider/nursing staff directly. Awesome app!

This app is so convenient! Needed an MRI, and instead of having to wait a week for an office to call me, I scheduled the appointment through the app almost as soon as the order was placed. Got the MRI on Saturday and had the results in my app by Sunday evening! You can get the paperwork done ahead of time to check in and know how much insurance will cover. Love being able to pull everything up for my family as needed and also recently learned I can connect with previously visited hospitals too!
