MyChart: Medical Records

I'm over 70 yo and haven't regularly used some applications since 2005. Due to irregular use I often have difficulty with changes to programs. And I have some problems with the MyChart app. Not as many as some others and if I try different methods I rarely call the systems admin. From me, that's a compliment. And now some items on MyChart are really helpful. Checking lab results and dr comments in their notes are my favorites. Sending questions and getting answers to short items is a time saver.

really good app. the only issue I have is with bill pay. if you pay extra on a bill, auto pay doesn't recognize that and will double dip on the payments. I paid 160 and my auto pay was 130 so I paid 290 total for the month because there is no way to pause auto pay. edit: I put 5 stars for quick response and with an answer on how to solve the issue, excellent response time. I appreciate your guys work, however I will keep an original view for any newbies who come across it.

I have many serious health issues and see many Doctors and have weekly appointments at VCU in Richmond and at Tappahannock and My Chart keeps all my appointments and paperwork straight. I can see all my test results and Doctors notes as soon as the same day. It's a really great app to utilize.

So nice to be able to see everything in my chart , and really like the setup of the format used , easy to use, and understand. very cool 😎
