This is my second water tracker. With the first, I couldn't achieve the goal and had VERY frequent bathroom runs including some embarrassing ones.🙈🤦 I much prefer this app. Goal target is achievable and I've exceeded the goal some days, and didn't quite achieve it on others but I don't get to dwell on it. It encourages me to take a sip or a mouthful if I can't drink a cup and celebrate it! I STRONGLY recommend it! 💜💕♥️

I was using another app, but it quit working, and it doesn't seem to be available anymore. This one is similar, so much so, that, now that I have used it, I feel it is probably an update to what I had been using! Was my favorite water app! YES!!!
