Quick and easy interface for arranging car maintenance. Great idea for the stores, allows the customer to make their own appointment and frees up someone from having to answer the phone. Great for the customer because there is no calling and being placed on hold. Just a great idea.

I have been servicing my vehicles at the Firestone Kenosha location for close to six years now. I have always trusted them to be fair and honest and do exceptional work. Recently, the management changed hands. I was hesitant when I needed to get new breaks done if I would be treated the same as I have been previously. I am delighted to say the new manager, Reuben,is a straight A shooter. He helped me even save some cash on my new breaks. I highly recommend Firestone for all your car maintenance

This shop has earned my trust in regards to mechanics/tech's that not only know what their doing but consistently deliver the best in automotive care. Have you ever had an "alignment" done, yet, it still felt off? Thinking to yourself: "Did they even take the time to 'TEST DRIVE' it??* Folks, alignments are not what we imagine: the car gets plugged into the computer and it magically aligns itself! NOPE! I'm coming to understand there are EXPERTS in EVERY FIELD but not in EVERY SHOP!
