Lumenate: GUIDED MEDITATION

I did pay the $42.00 for the year subscription.. And I don't usually spend money on Apps if that says anything. The one thing it's helped me with so far is visualization, I'm bad at seeing the pictures when I do it . but this app helped with that.. I was shocked🖤 EDIT: I'm back 4 years later to pay again so it must be great. 🙃

It works. I would never imagine this is possible just with sound and light. And even withou any custom equipment just with your phone, headphones abd dark place. Wow After some time of using it: Im amazed how it can de-stress me. During the session my inner talk stops and my mind stay still for a moment. I dont think at all, just observe. It can calm me down within minutes. My stress levels measured by watch are high most of the day but after the session are low.

I just downloaded this app It's amazing so far in the correct setting like no kids tv or any background noise it enables me to dig deep into my mind I can't wait to explore this even further

Such a cool experience, exactly as described, but let me tell you about the nightmares I had after using it. The kind that wakes you up shaking and not sure if it was real or not. I had to unsubscribe and delete. I really loved the app and highly recommend it. I personally just can't use it due to the nightmares. 5 stars!

The app is truly amazing, it creates a true feeling of synesthesia with music and a strobing flashlight alone! Pretty slick, awesome stuff. Words from a guy who has "some real experience" with psychedelics. Having said this, I also cannot afford a subscription price model. I would be OK with a reasonable one-time price. My suggestions to you: 1. sell the app for a fixed one-time price; 2. what if you guys could develop a kind of hardware to use with it? Maybe glasses with RGB leds?
