Lively: Period Tracker

As someone who doesn't normally rate apps, I will say, this is an extremely helpful app for women. Neat. Aesthetically pleasing. I have peace of mind reading Lively's tips on what to eat and how to move throughout my cycles - all conveniently here, instead of researching countlessly on the internet. It's like having your very own personal trainer/nutritionist!

I LOVE this app. It's everything I've needed in a cycle tracker and more. Pros: The overall aesthetic is very pleasing, and the app is extremely easy to navigate despite having a TON of info. I learn my hormones every phase of my cycle, which helps with guessing how my energy will be. Helps so much with planning!! The free version still offers SO MUCH info. Cons: I have an Android and unfortunately can't access the widgets. This is my only complaint! Amazing app, many thanks to developers!

I absolutely love this app. It has so much! Love: - Widgets - Suggestions for eating, moving, and doing! You can look ahead in the calendar too. - Graph for where you're @ hormonally - You can set notifications for fertility days + BC pill reminders! - So many categories you can pick and choose to track! I love the beauty section as it helped me realize my acne was more hormonal than anything! Some of the other reviews seem to be more user error than anything? I think the app is intuitive tho

I've always felt what I've felt in different cycles through the month - but lively has helped me put my emotions and insights into words I connect with and understand. It's accurate and gives great alternatives for things I want to do and eat. This has been a game changer! Genuinely in love with the app, and the partner setting is absolutely amazing! This app is great! I cannot say enough good things about it. I have PCOS and Endometriosis and it has helped me in ways no medication ever has. It is simple and user friendly. It is extremely accurate once it's had a few months to collect your cycle details. It is very affordable and it is worth paying for.
