Instacart: Grocery Shopping

Another update today and the app version didn't change...its now been several updates at least the last 3 and my app is still the same version.....I did the download and install and nothing...I'm still having constant struggles with the app it freezes and crashes, won't advance to the next step in the checkout delivery process without a restart ....bar codes still don't show and then I have to do a restart with that and it's slows everything down

The app is good, easy to use, and easy to follow. I've had a couple of glitches but customer service was able to help. Two complaints: getting large batches an hour before a store closes. The app will say you have 1.5 hrs to complete. In reality, you have 50 minutes. The app needs to know store hours. Second, knowing where you're delivering before you accept an order. I've completed $20 orders and had to make a delivery 45 minutes away.

This is a great way to make money, and it's fast and easy...easy for the most part. Sometimes you take an order that's far, and then it continues to give you orders that are far. sometimes shopping for people can be tedious, and demanding. Not all the stores tell where the item is and that can be frustrating and it can be hard to find. Definitely will continue to use this app and grow from it!

Edit; Almost 3 years now, and 5k deliveries, a great honor to still work with Instacart. A little more feedback is I used to drive for Doordash and did 5k deliveries with them too. But Instacart by far really cares and helps people and was the 1st I think to help people professionally shopping. The best >>> Best shopper app out there. Instacart really does care about their shoppers and it's been a really awesome last 2 years working with them. Literally the best, no joke. Most lovely 😍 👌 👍 🥰
