UPDATE: 8/2025 - seen this review, can't believe I've had this app for like 4 yrs. Still doing what it does, love this for faxing direct from mobile device. It's been a great addition to the HP printer all in one. Just wish ink for these printers didn't cost so much.

The BEST!! Easy, so very EASY TO USE!! I love my HP Printer and my Instant Ink Service. I never have to worry about expensive Ink or running out. I get huge Color/Black/White Ink Cartridges mailed to me way before I run out. Instant Ink keeps track of it for me. Thanks, HP & Instant Ink. 🙂 Sheila Rogers-Ward
I LOVE THIS APP! IT'S SOOOO DEPENDABLE. IT WORKS GREAT! IT PROMPTS ME WITH INFORMATION REGARDING HOW AND WHEN JUST IN CASE I MIGHT NEED TO CHECK MY 🖨️ PRINTER'S STATUS OF WHETHER IF OR NOT IS FUNCTIONING PROPERLY BEFORE STARTING MY PRINT JOB. I recently had to check the status of my printer as a result of a helpful tip from the HP company messages. I discovered I actually did need to reset my printer to my home office selection. Mistakenly it was set on another unknown nearby printer.
I have read people's reviews there was more dislike than likes. I had an issue no fault of HP that I had to scrap the first HP printer. Best Buy was great in placing the printer. When I went to remove and put the new printer I was hit numerous problems. I reached out to HP they stood with me from beginning to end until the problem was resolved. I give customer service very high marks especially the guy who helped me. I happy to report it's been about 3 weeks no problem. I'm not a every day user.
